The Dutch Gambling Authority said Endorphina Limited and Endorphina Ltd had not taken sufficient measures to stop their games appearing on illegal Dutch gambling websites.
The board of the Kansspelautoriteit, the Dutch Gambling Authority, has determined that Endorphina Limited, based in Malta, and Endorphina Ltd., based in Cyprus, did not take “insufficiently adequate measures” to prevent their games being offered on illegal gambling websites in the Netherlands.
According to the Kansspelautoriteit, by failing to prevent this, the companies promoted the offering of gambling without a licence. The regulator said this is contrary to Article 1, first paragraph, under b, of the Wet op de kansspelen (the Betting and Gaming Act).
The Kansspelautoriteit publication lists a “binding instruction” (bindende aanwijzing) for Endorphina Limited and Endorphina Ltd dated 19 October 2026. The entry also lists a separate publication decision relating to that binding instruction, also dated 19 October 2026.
The regulator’s notice states that an objection can be lodged against the decision. The same status note is shown for the publication decision.
What it means for players
In its notice, the Kansspelautoriteit said Endorphina’s games were being offered on illegal gambling websites in the Netherlands, and that it has issued a binding instruction to the two Endorphina entities.
